Kalan Anglos

As a human performance expert, and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Msc. Kinesiology degree, Kalan is highly skilled at taking his acquired knowledge through higher education and applying it to physical training, coaching, educating, and rehabilitating in a way that is easy to understand and practice.

Kalan emphasizes correct movement patterns/muscle recruitment and believes that anything worth doing is worth doing RIGHT. When he’s not in the gym coaching or training, Kalan enjoys practicing martial arts, furthering his education, and always remembering to spend time with his family and two dogs.


Tameer Aldean

As a strength & conditioning coach with a Bsc. Kinesiology degree, Tameer has worked with people from the Canadian Sports Institute and varsity-level athletes as well as general populations. 

Tameer believes everyone can achieve great feats - thus he  is always sharing his knowledge of personal and formal information with his clients! Tameer really enjoys powerlifting, but when he’s not, he also enjoys relaxing while listening to music, and eating good food with good people. 


Robyn Hitsman

Coach Robyn is a graduate from the Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology program at the University of Victoria with a coaching certificate from the National Coaching Certification Program (NCCP) in Weightlifting. She has worked with a variety of varsity athletes as a strength & conditioning coach, as well as trains general population clients  every day to help them exceed their unique goals

Robyn wants to make sure every person in the gym is comfortable, confident, and enjoying the process of optimizing their health and fitness. She enjoys training in olympic weightlifting, as well as helping clients learn the proper exercise technique for the foundational strength & conditioning exercises.

Pedro is a Strength & Conditioning coach who upholds KFit's standards of being highly trained and educated. Pedro has obtained the Bachelor of Kinesiology degree, as well as the highly reputable NSCA- Certified Personal Trainer certificate (The Gold Standard certification for Personal Training)


Pedro brings his highly positive, supportive, and knowledgeable skills to the KFit team where his training focuses on corrective movement patterns, strength-based exercises, kickboxing training, and weightlifting performance 🏋️‍♀️

Coach Jake is a graduate from the Bachelors of Kinesiology program and also has the NSCA- Certified Personal Trainer Certificate . He has worked with a variety of clients as a strength & conditioning coach and prioritizes engaging, personable, and personalized training sessions with his clients. Jake also has experience and a passion for helping clients rehabilitate injuries, and uses his knowledge from Kinesiology to help optimize function and performance.

Jake wants to make sure every person in the gym is comfortable, confident, and enjoying the process of optimizing their health and fitness.

When he’s not training clients in the gym, Jake enjoys spending time with his family and going for hikes with his fun-loving dog Louie (who often frequents the gym!)

Jonah Wynans

CAT(C), NSCA-CSCS, BAET

Jonah’s commitment to health and fitness has been evident throughout his life. He has a background in competitive track and field, and as a Registered Athletic Therapist, as well as Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, he has helped numerous clients achieve their fitness goals. It was his love for movement and helping others that inspired him to pursue a career in Athletic and Exercise Therapy, which he graduated from Camosun in 2022.

Originally from Port Alberni, Jonah has spent his whole life exploring ways to be active, move, and enjoy the natural beauty of Vancouver Island. His favorite activities are surfing, camping, and hiking. Jonah combines his love of movement with his knowledge of exercise therapy to help clients live healthy active lives without feeling held back by their level of fitness or their past injuries.

Devin SHeehan

Devin is also a graduate from the Bachelor of Kinesiology degree program, with a CSEP-CPT certificate. He has trained a wide-range of clients from those who have never stepped in the gym before to varsity-level athletes. He is an expert at using his knowledge and experience and applying it to clients in strength and conditioning sessions.


Devin brings a highly positive, friendly, and supportive approach to his training sessions and is an expert at pushing clients to their limits, but also adapting training sessions to each clients skills and abilities.

Kayley Lim

Registered Athletic therapist CAT(C), BAET

Kayley provides evidence-based training a rehabilitation services for clients with varying goals. Kayley emphasizes proper movement mechanics, and enjoys teaching the compound strength-based movements.

Originally from (not here), Kayley’s passion for health and fitness came at a young age through (sport) and (health). Now, Kayley enjoys passing on knowledge from the education completed to help individuals live their healthiest, strongest lifestyle!
