Licensed physiotherapist and movement specialist

Alexi believes movement is medicine when it comes to injury rehab. An expert in pain management, Alexi works with clients every day to rehabilitate injuries, improve muscular imbalances and find customized, lifestyle-aligned ways to overcome pain.
