KFit Conditioning fitness training camps are tailored to youth and adolescents aged 8-16. We provide physically active youth and their parents with the knowledge, training, and assessment tools necessary to effectively administer SAFE and evidence-based training programs with the help of our highly educated and award-winning coaches.

KFit Conditioning offers 3 unique options for youth and adolescent physical fitness training. We provide evidence-based training for your child that ensures effective and SAFE practice while emphasizing optimal physical growth and development

Option 1: In-person training

1-on-1 Personal or group training sessions either in-person at the gym, or on-location. Message to apply.

The KFit Junior Training Camp is offered several times a year & is the most popular choice for parents/coaches and their kids. All skill levels (even beginners!) welcome.
