Strength + Conditioning FOUNDATIONS

In this class, strength & conditioning experts and professional powerlifters Tameer Aldean and Robyn Hitsman will lead you through variations of key movements to help you establish the necessary foundations for improving your lifting skills and overall fitness.

CONDITIONING CIRCUIT

with Coach Pedro

In this high intensity circuit-based class, you’ll get your heart rate up while increasing your cardiovascular endurance.

cardio kickboxing

Learn to kickbox in a fun workout class tailored to establish the foundations of offensive + defensive technique, and improve cardio endurance.

intro to olympic weightlifting

with Coach Devin

Step into the world of Olympic weightlifting with this introductory class, led by Olympic weightlifter Coach Robin. Learn the foundations of the snatch, and the clean & jerk.

  • Classes are $15/ class for drop-in or you can purchase a 10 class pass for $120. To purchase a 10 class pass, visit the KFit front desk.

  • You will need to purchase your own wraps and gloves for the classes. We will provide pads for partnered practice. If you do not have your own wraps or gloves, feel free to email us at info@kfitconditioning.com and we can help you find options that work.

  • Nope! All of our classes are designed to work for all experience levels and establish necessary foundations to improve your strength, technique, mobility and endurance. If you aren’t sure if a class is a good fit, you’re welcome to contact us for a short complimentary fitness assessment.

  • Currently, all the classes are designed as drop-ins. While some skills may progress from week to week, you can join as little or as often as you would like without fear of missing essentials.
